Kalaa Dhari is a living space for the art of the inner revolution—where body, earth, and spirit are woven back into relationship. Founded by Arundhati Samudra, this work extends beyond the human system into the wider ecosystem we are part of, rooted in a deep reverence for the intelligence of both. It invites you into a more intimate relationship with yourself, your body, and the living world: a relationship remembered and gently uncovered through presence, embodiment, and attunement with the rhythms that move through all life.
At its core, Kalaa Dhari holds inner revolution as both a psycho-spiritual and political practice. Through a trauma-informed, body-centered approach, the work honours the wisdom held in your nervous system while recognising the ecological, cultural, and ancestral contexts that shape our lives. Inspired by nature’s cycles and the archetypal medicine wheel, we move through landscapes of descent, integration, and renewal, restoring connection within ourselves and with the larger web of life.
Whether you are navigating transition, seeking deeper meaning, or longing to feel more at home within yourself and the world, Kalaa Dhari offers a space of grounded presence, inquiry, and transformation. It is a place to slow down, to listen deeply, and to remember that your healing is not separate from the healing of the earth and is indeed a part of a wider inner and collective revolution in how we live, relate, and belong.

Sankalpa Circles
Sankalpa Circles is a space created to reconnect with the wisdom of the womb through community, reflection, and embodied practice. Rooted in the meaning of sankalpa — to hold with integrity and intention — these circles invite participants to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a more loving relationship with a part of the body that is often overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected from.
Each gathering offers a grounding check-in, a guided womb connection practice, time for journalling, and a shared circle of reflection. Together, we create a space that honours both individual experience and collective care — a place to soften, witness, and be witnessed. You are welcome to attend once, occasionally, or regularly; each circle stands complete in itself.
In a world shaped by speed, disconnection, and constant doing, Sankalpa Circles offer a return to cyclical wisdom, feminine leadership, and the spiral rhythms of nature. Whether you are seeking reconnection, rest, healing, creativity, or deeper intimacy with yourself, these gatherings are an invitation to come home to the womb-space — gently, intentionally, and in community.
River & Roots
River & Roots by Kalaa Dhari is a trauma-informed, body-centered healing space grounded in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM®). This work supports the healing of complex trauma at its roots by cultivating inner resources that foster deep nervous system safety and embodied presence. From this grounded space, stored trauma can be gently accessed and transformed without overwhelm, allowing the authentic Self to emerge with greater clarity, resilience, and agency. Alongside CRM®, I integrate social arts, and embodied theatre practices, inviting creative expression, relational awareness, and new ways of inhabiting the body. Together, these approaches create a healing process that is deeply transformative, empowering, and life-affirming.

Rhythms of Care
“To be alive in this beautiful, self-organizing universe — to participate in the dance of life with senses to perceive it, lungs that breathe it, organs that draw nourishment from it — is a wonder beyond words.” ― Joanna Macy
Rhythms of Care is an invitation to pause, slow down & listen, a reminder to witness our connection with ourselves, each other & the more-than human. Here is a space where the body & her movement lead, a tapestry of minor gestures & micro poems. It is a space to honour life and her sacred cycles. It is an act of radical care & a space for collective well-being.
