Rhythms of Care: Micro-poetry

In the Rhythms of Care workshop series, participants have embarked on an immersive journey, reconnecting with themselves, each other, and the more-than-human world through embodied practices and collective care. Rooted in the Work That Reconnects framework, these sessions invite us to slow down, listen, and honor the sacred cycles of life through movement, breath, and creativity.

As we engage in the practices of gratitude, compassion, new ways of seeing, and the courage to act, we also express our experiences through micro-poetry—small, powerful fragments that encapsulate the essence of our shared journey. This collection is a celebration of the voices and reflections that have emerged from this space, inviting us to witness the deep connections and healing that flow from mindful embodiment and collective creativity.
