Family Constellations

A therapeutic process that locates the individual problem in the family and ancestral context and brings to light the hidden and unconscious dynamics that are at the root of the challenge.

About Me

My name is Chandni Khanduja and I am an inner work & emotional wellness coach. I support my clients in their healing through holding space and nurturing their capacity for self-compassion that allows them to reconnect with their ‘authentic’ self, acknowledging and honouring their own truth. I, gently and safely guide my clients to meet their unhealed parts and process their experiences. Thus, uncovering their own inner resources and returning to a sense of wholeness, aliveness, and joy. My approach to healing is trauma informed. My personal life challenges led me to deep inner work and healing. After recovering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) using trauma informed practices, trained professionally in different modalities such as Compassionate Inquiry, Emotional Freedom Technique, Inner Child healing, Family Constellation and Pranic Healing and have been offering support to others in their journey of healing.

Family Constellations

We not only inherit our looks and ways of being from our family but unconsciously inherit their unhealed pains, unresolved traumas, losses, in-completions and fates.

Family constellation is a therapeutic process that addresses a challenge using systemic lens. It locates the individual problem in the family and ancestral context and brings to light the hidden and unconscious dynamics that are at the root of the challenge. It resolves the challenge by making conscious hidden loyalties and patterns of exclusions that result in unresolved pain and traumas that are passed on across generations.

This approach can be beneficial for various issues such as unhealthy relationships, patterns of self- sabotage, lack of professional success or money, chronic illness, mental health challenges, legal and property conflicts.
