Primavera: A Grief and Renewal Ceremony
A practice to gently release the grief of the past and present that has been harbouring in the depths of our soul, heart and spirit.

About Me
Hi, my name is Re’hilah Hamid. I am a Social & Civil Rights Justice Advocate through the lens of Spiritual Wellness, I am certified in the field of Somatic & Therapeutic Breathwork, Womb Therapy, Trauma Informed Holistic Career & am a Life Style Coach. I focus on the reconnection to the Self, to one’s natural rhythmic flow & true essence. My ethos is in being compassionate with oneself, give oneself the love and care desired & to create a strong stable foundation within. My personal life challenges helped me turn inwards to do the deep inner work of reconnecting to my own sovereignty and authenticity: to arrive at being in alignment with myself at the physical, emotional and mental level. I have a strong passion for human rights and the de-colonisation of lands and use my work to anchor well-being in Justice.
Primavera: A Grief and Renewal Ceremony
“Grief & Love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry for what we once held.” – Francis Weller
Grief is also intertwined with change: we are constantly grieving due to the changes we face, either by the choices we make, or those that are forced upon us. Grief is not just about death, but also about the everyday little things we endure. This ceremony is to honour the years of grief we have harboured for some reason or another.
The collective devastation rampant in our world would have triggered many of our own suppressed emotions leading into spirals of despair, anxiety and even dissociation .
Primavera is a beautiful way to honour ourselves, and gently release the grief of the past and present that has been harbouring in the depths of our souls, heart and spirit.
And what better way than coming together as a community in solidarity, regardless of race, caste, class, religion or gender, arm in arm, supporting each through release.
